Your moods can be affected during Winter time. Many can feel more depressed given the colder weather and shorter days. Recognising if your moods change during the cooler months is a good start.

Being prepared to do things differently can be helpful. Start with thinking about engaging in pleasant indoor activities on a regular daily basis.
