You are welcome to attend privately funded sessions without a GP plan. You can also claim through private health insurance (if your policy covers psychology). But you can’t claim Medicare rebates without a valid plan. Keep in mind, you can only claim one funding type per session – either Medicare or Private Health, not both.
No, we do not bulk bill. Our sessions require full payment at the time of appointment, and if you're eligible, a Medicare rebate will be processed back to your nominated bank account. You can find more under the Medicare Rebates section in the FAQs.
Yes you can, but you cannot claim Medicare also, it is one or the other. You can also pay for sessions privately.
Every client is different and it depends on your circumstances, goals, and challenges. Some people feel progress after just a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing therapy over several months. Your psychologist will work with you to create a plan based on your goals, needs, and the pace that feels right for you.
We understand that things come up, but we do ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within this time may incur a late cancellation fee. This helps us keep appointment times available for other clients.
