Thoughts.

It has been a challenging time during the COVID period.


We can struggle with our emotions as we go through this time, get caught up with them and allow these thoughts and moods to carry on during our day or allow our thoughts to come and go, riding the wave of the emotion.


When we know what thought we are struggling with, try putting these words in front of the thought: "I'm having the thought that...…." Do this a few times, to loosen the impact of the thought.
