I have read many books over my years as a therapist and now I want to share these insights and resources with you. I will recommend books from my collection- always to help you work towards a healthier mind.

My knowledge can then become your knowledge and knowledge is power! These books can be read in hard copy, or online and some are available in audible. Enjoy!

What a beautiful little book, full of helpful hints, and very small chapters on how you can look after yourself in simple and creative ways. A lovely book for your bedside table whether you want to accept uncertainty or difficult thoughts, or learn how to face your fears, a very easy book to read.
