Practice Mindfulness in Winter....

If you feel sad or deflated over Winter, practice Mindfulness. Being present in the moment, noticing what is happening around you during Winter can be a lovely experience.

Like going for a walk on a foggy morning, or noticing the rain against your bedroom window, or paying attention to the wind in the trees and in your garden.
