Our emotions and mindfulness.....

When injured we are forced to stop moving around and stop being active as we normally are and this can bring up many negative emotions.

To help our emotions heal in a healthy way, instead of pushing them away, sit with them and you will notice these emotions will come and go.

Mindfulness makes us stay in the present moment.

If your emotions are too intense, do something to distract yourself for up to 30 minutes, then do something to soothe yourself.
