keep exercise going after daylight savings ends....

Day light Savings has now come to an end.

With this, many people stop going outdoors, or stop doing their exercise after work due to the darkness. Having other options for exercise, that is fun, not dependent on the weather and convenient to do, would be very beneficial for our mental health. Try coming up with a Plan of 3 to 5 exercise options, from setting up a yoga room at home, to joining an online exercise program, to joining a local PT class with a friend. Write it down in your calendar- make sure to put on your notifications and enjoy!

Your mind will thank you!
