Have you been tested Positive for COVID? This happened to my family and I during the Christmas holidays, before case numbers soared. It was a shock and difficult not knowing how it would affect our health, and that our long-awaited holiday plans had to change. So, I tried to apply some therapeutic strategies into practice. Stick to the Facts.

This is essential if you have any Health Anxiety. If you received a COVID Positive test, it is so easy for anxiety to take over and to fear the worse, so use reputable, medical and government websites to understand what to do (and what it means) if you have COVID. Look after yourself physically (according to medical advice). And give yourself permission to Rest and Recover (no matter how mild your symptoms may be) - this has been a very exhausting and stressful two years!
