Have fun....

We can be so overworked with responsibilities and day to day stressors, we forget to have fun and do pleasant activities. Having fun and being spontaneous is an important emotional need. This is an important element in the treatment of Depression- if one is living with Depression it is recommended to engage in a fun or pleasant activity at least once a day. There are lots of ideas out there.
