Do you put a lot of pressure on yourself when you go on a holiday? What are you thinking to

yourself – thoughts like “ I have to have the best time? I have to see everything? I can’t go

back home until I do this or that?” If you notice these thoughts, ask yourself “What am I

really worried about? What is the worse thing that could happen, what is the likelihood that

that thing will happen? Is this way of thinking helping me to feel good or to achieve my

goals? “And remember the British Oxford dictionary definition of a holiday is “ to have an

extended period of recreation and leisure”. If you are fortunate to have a mid year holiday,

Enjoy!
