Give your mind a holiday......

If you are not on holidays, take time out and give your mind a holiday throughout the day.

How? Take some mindful breaks and you may want to notice what you can see on the way to work , notice your breathing for 2 minutes while you sit at your desk or go for a 10 minute walk during your lunchtime (and notice the surroundings)

After work you could spend 5 minutes cuddling your pet and notice their smell or the touch of their fur.
