Feeling frustrated, anxious or stressed?
Try taking 10 deep abdominal breaths- slowly breathe in to your diaphragm muscle (deep down in the lower part of your belly) for 5 counts… hold your breath for 5 counts…. then slowly breathe out for 5 counts.
